Recruitment position: Provincial Sales Director

Job requirements:
1. 5 years of experience in selling agricultural inputs and fertilizers locally, with a mature provincial agricultural input channel network and large-scale planting base resources. Skilled in developing customers and managing teams, aged 28-45
2. Vocational or undergraduate degrees in plant nutrition, plant protection, agriculture, horticulture, gardening, vegetables, forestry, and other related majors are preferred, with a master's degree or above being given priority for admission
3. Identify with the company's values, have a positive and optimistic attitude, be willing to help others, and have a strong desire for success
4. Keep up with the times, be good at learning, and have rich knowledge and practical experience in agricultural chemistry. Strong PPT production skills, with strong abilities in agrochemical training and on-site guidance
5. Possess good communication and expression skills, skilled in collaborative operations, and strong team spirit
6. Strong insight, adept at exploring and refining product selling points, skilled in story marketing; Strong writing ability, clear organization, and strong logic
7. Passionate about agriculture, able to endure hardship, possess stress resistance, and adapt to irregular market visits
